He has over twenty five years of hands-on experience in writing, reviewing and managing contracts for real estate, equipment and services which overall have totaled in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Tom has put together projects as small as a few thousand dollars to those in the multi-millions working with everything from single individuals to teams of professionals.
He has personally developed property and represented projects throughout the world. Included are numerous locations in the United States, England, Egypt and Singapore to name just a few. He has acted in various capacities from contracting officer, financial manager, project manager, to a chief executive of a publicly held company.
He has a broad knowledge in the legal, contractual, and financial aspects of commercial transactions.

As President of a publically held company for 17 years with full P&L responsibility, he converted a sole proprietorship with $3 Million in sales into a multi faceted international service and development company with $36 Million in sales.
As a Commander in the United States Navy based primarily in Washington DC, he personally contracted for the Navy and Air Force Cruise Missile guidance systems and weapons control systems and managed all financial matters for the Unmanned Air Vehicle systems.
He managed the construction, installation and startup of aircraft component maintenance facilities in the United States, Egypt and England.
He developed a four story 42 Unit luxury condominium project in Bend Oregon.
He has a Bachelors Degree with a major in Mathematics and an MBA with a specialty in Contracting and Procurement.
